It is been too long she thought. Never I will see this breakthrough...I am scared of being alone for the rest of my life. I do not have a job, oh God how many times have I been praying to thee? I do not think I will work one day, it is time for me to think about something else. Maybe was I called only to serve God in His temple and never work!!oh yes...oh where am I heading to? My life is so meaningless .....oh God where are you? She thought about all this. She was walking fro and to, walking with no destination in mind, she just needed to think and to go out....she thought the fresh air would help her to carry the burden she was feeling at this stage of her life......
This morning I would like to share with you the effect of fear in someone s life. I have been so blessed when God used my spiritual father to talk about it and I felt the need to share it with you. First of all, I want you to know that fear is not an emotion, it is a spirit a spirit that kills faith, our faith in Christ. Anytime, fear knocks at your door please bombard him the Word of God, our key verse is:
2 Timothy 1For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline."
See the Word is clear! It talks about the Spirit God gave us and it is certainly not a spirit that makes us timid in other version it is not a spirit of fear!!! Do not allow fear to overcome you pr to even enter you. This Spirit is dangerous as any other evil spirit. They do not come to play around with us but really to kill, to destroy, to rob.
What are the effects of the spirit of fear in someone s life you may ask. Well, the first effect is that it removes power in your life. The Word says The Spirit that God gave us give us Power! How can you be powerful when you are fearful? How can the Word of God have power or produces power in your life when you proclaim it with fear! This Word has power but if you start to fear your ennemies when you proclaim the Word of God on them, it will not have power cause God does not love doubt. If you fear, how can you believe that His Word is still migthy to save you? Fear comes to remove from you this power that abides in you through God s Word!

The second effect is that fear steal your love for God. The Spirit that God give us is Love. The Word says that we receive this spirit once the Holy Spirit entered in us( Romans 5 .5). Can you love someone that you fear? It is not possible! How will you be able to pray effectively if you do fear God? If you are scared of the future God prepared for you? Satan knows that if he rob your faith, you are dead, your prayers wont even reach the ears of God. How can God be pleased with this lack of faith and love towards Him? fear prevents you from seeing the love God has for us. this is when you start thinking oh why is my life so down, does God love me still? Know that this is the spirit of fear that wants to overcome you. Do not allow it. REFUSE IT GOD LOVES US. HE DID NOT CREATE US TO MOURN TO DIE TO PERISH IN THIS WORD HE CREATED US TO HAVE COMMUNION WITH HIM AND TO LIVE IN JOY. HE SENT HIS SON TO GIVE US ETERNAL LIFE. LIFE AND TO DEATH!
The last thing that fear does is not make you unstable. You are not anymore disciplined. You walked fro and to just as the devil on this earth. You start to go weary so much that you look for anything that glitters to comfort you. The devil knows that when we are not self disciplined this is when we start listenning to the flesh and not the Spirit. We start looking for things that should not be our portion in Christ because we came to the conclusion that God abandoned us so we need to do something to change the course of our lives. We came to the conclusion that if we do not do anything you will end up being in this state forever and we are so scared of remaining in this position. This is the spirit of fear right here! Self discipline is a fruit of the Spirit, woman of God. I learnt that God loves moving calmly He does not like necessary making noise so everyone will kow He is here. The fact is that He is with us ALWAYS!
When you are in your room crying about this matter, God is here. When you are at school, or at work God is here! When you are going through the beautiful seasons in your life He is here, when the ennemies are walking towards you He is here. He is ALWAYS HERE. The devil knows the Lord is with you, but certain things God cannot do for us. He cannot force us to believe in Him. He gave us His Word, we are the ones who should walk in faith.
The just shal live by faith not be fear. Fear makes children of God unstable in all their faith. it distorts your vision, bring you even dreams and you think it is God no it is fear that talked to you because once you are fearful God cannot speak to you. Without faith we cannot please God. The one that approaches God should believe that He is!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am standing in prayer with you today " Heavenly Father, you know the season of each one of us Lord I refuse in Jesus Name for the spirit of fear to be in us. Lord I chase him away in Jesus Name. We are walking in faith and not by sight in Jesus Name. We believe in your Word and we thank you for you are with us always in Jesus Name. May you be always our sheperd in Jesus Name. Amen!!!!"
You are free from the spirit of fear in Jesus Name.
