The blessing of His sacrifice

Picture taken on Pininterest.com
Have you ever looked back to your previous life speaking about how God changed you and still does? Have you ever imagined what would happened to you if He had not laid out His very life for you?

I cannot say thank you properly to God for the sacrifice of His Son.   Words cannot express properly what Jesus had done for me. What I think about His sacrifice, I thank God for calling me and saving me. For those who have read my previous posts, you would know how my life was.

A great fornicator I was. I could do it from Monday to Sunday although I attended a Church at that time religiously, it did not stop me. You see the fact that you are a Regular Christian at church services does not mean necessarily that you are saved and mature.

Christianity is about relationship. The relationship of God and us through Christ Our Savior. I always cry when I think about how God saved me.

You see do not judge people who sin despite your rebukes. Do not despise them. As I was fornicating, some classified me as a witch, they gave me names and I started believing in those names they gave me.

I believed that I had no value. I believed that no man would love me. I believed that as for me I could only be happy through sex. I believed that if I had to keep a man I had to sleep with him for who who who on earth would loved me a miserable, wretched woman like me?

oh How I thank God that in my sin He came and found me. He told me that He loved me. If you ask me to define God, I would tell you that He is Love. This is how I know Him. I do not know God as a Healer, a Prophet although He is. But when He fetched me He told me that He is LOVE!!
Because He is Love, He heals, He speaks over your life, He changed the curse into blessings (Deuteronomy 23:5).

I do not know your story. I do not know how He saved you. I do not know how He revealed Himself to you but I want to tell you that every time you would feel like giving up and going back to your vomits(past life, pleasure of this world)remember that He gave His life! Because He loved you. When you love truly someone you do not want to cheat on him or break his heart, do you?Think twice, do not break Jesus Heart.

I want to share with you the lyrics of this French Worship by Landry Fouabi ' Sacrifice Eternel Eternal Sacrifice' as you read the lyrics, thank God for Jesus

A call has been given to all
All the earth shake
Even the angels gave up
Refusing to sacrifice themselves
Filled of Love and Compassion
You gave your very own Word (Jesus)
So that we can be free
Sanctified forever

Eternal Sacrifice
You have done it for me
You deny your life
To redeem me

Despised, Mocked
Rejected by your own
In the garden of Getshemane
To God you surrended all
You entered once for all
In the Holy of Holies
You gave your life
So that we can be saved

There was no one in Heaven
On earth
Under the earth
No one

End.

There was no one willing to give up His life for us
But Jesus came, The begotten Son of God
And He said
'I will die for them'

John 3:16 FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE SENT HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN THAT WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.

Why not share today of how God saved you!

Much love,

Joy

Ladies, do not compromise

Hello, LWM! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I did by the Grace of God. Today, I would like to encourage us to stay firm in our faith. I had a chat with a friend of mine over the weekend and we were discussing about who we must marry. It was going nowhere because the person believed that she could still date an unbeliever and still be in the Will of God. I did give her the scriptures which clearly showed that God would not allow such a relationship but it was a waste of time. I am believing God that He will convince her to accept this truth. Ladies, I would like to encourage us to stay firm and not compromise our faith in Christ. We cannot play with our life this way. Marriage is a lifetime commitment, so we better be careful when it comes to choose our partner for life. I was saying to the person that I understood her view but I did not support it. I understood the fact that she said " what if I fell in love with an unbeliever?, Am I sinning?". I have been there. I ...

Ladies, are you really ready for marriage? Preaching video

Hello, wonderful ladies in Christ! I would like to share with you a video by Lady Reverend Adelaide Heward- Mills. In this preaching, she talks about marriage. As ladies, we naturally think about marriage but as Christian women we should be aware of what we need to make our future marriage to work. I love saying that many of us only think of the wedding, the actual day where we will be sharing your vows but we do not think of the life after the wedding, and I know many young ladies that got married, were happy and now are struggling in their marriages because they did not prepare themselves. I thank the Lord that there is such a message available. I am not married for now but I know now that I need to prepare myself fully before I get married. I will advise you to do the same and remember God should be the foundation of your future marriage and your relationship if you have a beloved( a person you are dating and are going to marry soon).    Much love   Lala. ...
