Keys to a successful season of singleness!

Have you ever been in a situation where you do not know how to enjoy your season? You feel void and do not know what to do? And on top of that, you are single! Have you ever been in a situation where you think ' yes, I am single but I do not want to become desperate and search a man because I do feel like there is a purpose for me in this season designed by God?' Well, if you have been there, bear with me for some minutes.

I was just like you a year ago. I felt very alone, everyone around me was having a beloved ( a person you are in couple with and the purpose is marriage both of you are keeping yourself pure before God) and so was I completely alone. My close friends could not hang out with me anymore as I wished because they had to bond with their husbands to be. I became very depressed, I tell you.

It was in this season that God connected me with great women of God and that He taught me a lot about the purpose of singleness and marriage. I would like to share with you the first key He gave me to enjoy my singleness.

In Genesis 2.18, God clearly showed us that loneliness was not a good thing. He Himself is not alone, He is three in One. God does not want to be alone at all. But before God brings to us the man or woman He designed for us, we ought to abide in Him. Adam was in Eden before Eve came forth.

Eden was a place where God's presence abounded. He used to come down and commune with Adam. The same still applies nowadays. God wants us to commune with Him during this season. Before meeting this man, be sure you have met God and that you know Him.

You will only be able to enjoy your singleness if you have learnt to enjoy God's presence. Otherwise, you will begin to complain, murmurs, and end up being depressed.

I pray you use this season to enjoy God's presence.

Love you ladies,
Remember you have been chosen to impact people and serve Christ

Appearance: I do not love myself!

Have you ever looked yourself in the mirror and appreciate the person you see? Have you ever thought you were not beautiful enough, nor pretty enough? Do you love yourself? Do you love your body? The way you move? If not, then continue to read may the Spirit open your eyes to let you see the beautiful person you are in Jesus Name! Hello precious! Today, I am going to share with you about self-love. How sad it is to see many women comparing themselves to other women! It breaks my heart every time I hear a lady saying 'I just want to be like her', or 'If only I was her'. Have you ever thought this way?  I think we all have...but the good news is you can decide to choose this way of thinking. You are unique. No one on earth can smile like you, can talk like you, can act like you, you are a very peculiar person, and God has no more stock of you in heaven, this should make you think twice.  When I was a teenager, I used to compare myself to my little sister...

Ladies, do not compromise

Hello, LWM! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I did by the Grace of God. Today, I would like to encourage us to stay firm in our faith. I had a chat with a friend of mine over the weekend and we were discussing about who we must marry. It was going nowhere because the person believed that she could still date an unbeliever and still be in the Will of God. I did give her the scriptures which clearly showed that God would not allow such a relationship but it was a waste of time. I am believing God that He will convince her to accept this truth. Ladies, I would like to encourage us to stay firm and not compromise our faith in Christ. We cannot play with our life this way. Marriage is a lifetime commitment, so we better be careful when it comes to choose our partner for life. I was saying to the person that I understood her view but I did not support it. I understood the fact that she said " what if I fell in love with an unbeliever?, Am I sinning?". I have been there. I ...

The best is yet to come! Appointment at the top!

Will I survive from this? Will I recover ? Will I smile again ?             So many questions, we asks ourselves after a sad event. It may be the loss of someone, a breakup, a disease, unemployment, well after a bad case we often tend to reconsider everything in our lives. If you are at this stage, know you are not alone. Many people like you have gone through this or actually are going through this.             I love the Word of God because it talks about many situations we can relate to. As it says, nothing new is before the sun, everything that is have already been, and what will be is already. So is this situation you are going through...Do you remember the story of Naomi in Judges?                The Word says that after loosing her husband and her sons, she became bitter....
