Ladies,Your situation is not your identity

Good day all wonderful ladies in the Lord,

Today, I am so blessed to write to you once again. I have been off for a while and I thank God for it was for good. We celebrated three weddings and we saw the hand of God throughout those blessed events. I was honoured to be the maid of honor during one of those weddings and I thank God for this grace.

I would like today to encourage again a lady and remind her of the fact that she is not her ' problem'. Those days, as we speaking of the church were so overwhelmed with the organization of those weddings, I could hear many women thinking about their future. When will I get married? I think marriage is not for me, look how I am growing older still no proposal....

Some women already married were also thinking of their future in terms of having babies. They thought they would not have the grace to have some before they die. Most of them lost hope and start to feel comfortable in the situation where they were....Sad, isn't it?

Maybe you are also in this case. But let me tell you something. You aren't your situation, you are a Child of God. Barreness is not the inheritance of God, Unemployment, Singlehood ( unless you have received the grace to be a Paul), do not be like Naomi who refused to be called and chose instead to be called Mara.

Mara means bitterness while Naomi meant happiness. Do not trade your joy for the sorrows of this world. You are blessed beyong your imagination. Do you know that this make God sad, the Holy Spirit grieve when He sees that you refused His Grace to cling to the ashes.....

Your problem isn't your identity. Your identity is found in Christ. Christ paid the price so you can live a life of abundance. Remember He is the Good Sheperd. He laid His life for you.

Proclaim the Word over your life.

Say with me

I am not worried about anything because I present my life every day to God. Philipians 4:6

God is coming to rescue me from any difficult situations. Isaiah 41:10

I have faith in God, No fear is found with my heart. Romains 15; 13

I am already blessed. Ephesians 1:3

Meditate on His Word and walk in joy as God meets your needs according to His Will in Jesus Name.

Much Love,

Joy

Appearance: I do not love myself!

Have you ever looked yourself in the mirror and appreciate the person you see? Have you ever thought you were not beautiful enough, nor pretty enough? Do you love yourself? Do you love your body? The way you move? If not, then continue to read may the Spirit open your eyes to let you see the beautiful person you are in Jesus Name! Hello precious! Today, I am going to share with you about self-love. How sad it is to see many women comparing themselves to other women! It breaks my heart every time I hear a lady saying 'I just want to be like her', or 'If only I was her'. Have you ever thought this way?  I think we all have...but the good news is you can decide to choose this way of thinking. You are unique. No one on earth can smile like you, can talk like you, can act like you, you are a very peculiar person, and God has no more stock of you in heaven, this should make you think twice.  When I was a teenager, I used to compare myself to my little sister...

Ladies, do not compromise

Hello, LWM! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I did by the Grace of God. Today, I would like to encourage us to stay firm in our faith. I had a chat with a friend of mine over the weekend and we were discussing about who we must marry. It was going nowhere because the person believed that she could still date an unbeliever and still be in the Will of God. I did give her the scriptures which clearly showed that God would not allow such a relationship but it was a waste of time. I am believing God that He will convince her to accept this truth. Ladies, I would like to encourage us to stay firm and not compromise our faith in Christ. We cannot play with our life this way. Marriage is a lifetime commitment, so we better be careful when it comes to choose our partner for life. I was saying to the person that I understood her view but I did not support it. I understood the fact that she said " what if I fell in love with an unbeliever?, Am I sinning?". I have been there. I ...

The best is yet to come! Appointment at the top!

Will I survive from this? Will I recover ? Will I smile again ?             So many questions, we asks ourselves after a sad event. It may be the loss of someone, a breakup, a disease, unemployment, well after a bad case we often tend to reconsider everything in our lives. If you are at this stage, know you are not alone. Many people like you have gone through this or actually are going through this.             I love the Word of God because it talks about many situations we can relate to. As it says, nothing new is before the sun, everything that is have already been, and what will be is already. So is this situation you are going through...Do you remember the story of Naomi in Judges?                The Word says that after loosing her husband and her sons, she became bitter....
