HOW MUCH DO YOU LOVE GOD

Lady Reverend Adelaide Hello wonderful ladies in the Lord, I trust the Lord, that you are all doing well by His Grace. I would like to inform you for those who were not aware and to remind for those who knew that the month of August will be a "Have your say" month. This means that I would like to give you a chance to bless us by sending you articles about what you think can encourage us in our walk in Christ. I believe we can bless each other and strenghten us in the Lord...So I am waiting for you, ladies do not be shy just share what God placed in your heart all ... Today, I would like to ask you a question" How much do you love God". The Bible tells us in Exodus 20 that we shall love God with all our hearts, meaning He should be the first person in our friends lists, in the people we love, God should be first. Sometimes, we may say " I love God" without realising what it is to love  Him.   The Bible says " take up your cross, Fo

Ladies, stay strong in your battles

Wonderful ladies, I hope you are all fine by the Grace of God. Today, I decided to share with you what I was sharing with a brother earlier this morning. We were talking about our christian lives and I ended up asking him if he went to church on Sunday. He told me he did not go and does not even go there anymore for every time he will go to church he will leave as he came. Mercy! It was so sad for me to hear those words from his mouth. For him, it is better to now stay at home and pray, do his quiet time than going to church, for what is the point of going to church if you do not gain anything from it later. As I was listening to him, I started praying. I realized I really needed God to guide my answer to a specific scripture that would strenghten and encourage my brother in the Lord to restart going to church. The devil is so clever, I thought in myself. Really he is! To make my brother believe that it is better to stay at home than going to church really, I was amazed by h

Ladies, watch out for "wolves" christian in the church

Wonderful Ladies, I hope you are all doing fine and that Christ is talking to your hearts and changing you by His Mighty power. Today, I want to talk to you about watching out for people that can lead you astray for the presence of God. My founding Bishop Dag Heward Mills said in one of his book that women have more problems than men. I believe this is true and I realized that as women we really need to watch out and to discern what is from God and what is from the devil. Women, our emotions can lead us astray from God. I pray that God will help us daily to not follow our emotions but rather to follow the Bible. Women can put an end to their walk with Christ, their ministry just because of their emotions. Last week, I was at a camp which was organized by my church ( Lighthouse Chapel in Johannesburg, midrand) and we were honored to have  Bishop Klufio as the main speaker. Bishop Klufio is the overseer of the LCI churches in the Southern Africa. He said that because of a

Ladies, be wise as serpents

Hello, wonderful ladies of God! I trust the Lord that you are all doing well. Today, I want to talk about Matthew 10:16. Every time I was reading that verse, I would ask myself why Christ will advise us to be wise as serpent, I mean there are so much animals outside but why He did chose to use the serpent as a reference for wisdom and prudence. I do not know about you, but I have never felt comfortable while meditating on it. I came to realize that there was a meaning that needed to be revealed to me. As christians, we will never accept that someone tell us that we are behaving as serpent. We have a very bad idea or image of the serpent because Satan himself  is described as the Ancient Serpent in the book of Revelation and we all know that because of the same animal that happened to be used by the devil, sin entered into the world. The serpent is then for us as christian a very bad animal to use to take example. Sometimes, we even dream of them. Most of us get scared
